Seeking a Customer Service oriented person to help support our clients.  This will involve technical, hardware, or software issues.   This position requires a detail oriented individual with strong customer services skills.  You must have the ability to multi-task, have excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, and maintain a professional and respectful attitude in a fast paced environment. Candidates will be required to work a 40 hour week M-F. Company provides a competitive salary, as well as  401K, Medical Insurance, and paid vacations.


  1. Ability to learn, use, and support multiple software applications.
  2. Repair hardware issues.
  3. Excellent problem solving skills.
  4. Communicate with customers via telephone to assist with customer computer issues or any other questions.
